NEW YORK — The Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan argue that they should be excluded from an anti-dumping case on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) due to the small volumes they ship to the domestic market, according to post-hearing briefs filed with the International Trade Commission (ITC).
“While at the (ITC) conference one heard from petitioners a loud, and unified, chorus against imports from Korea et al., the words Saudi Arabia were barely uttered,” lawyers from Washington firm Arent Fox LLP, representing Jubail Energy Services Co. and Duferco Steel Inc., wrote in a post-hearing brief. ….
